Parents / Guardians please note:
The district is "going green" and, in order to save paper and help the environment, we ask that you visit the following link to view current fliers that will give your child(ren) opportunities to participate in a number of activities.



Parent/Teacher Conference Schedule:   November 18 ~ 4:15p – 8:00p and  November 20 ~ 1:15p – 4:30p and 5:45p – 8:00p

(noon dismissal for students on Thursday, November 20, 2014)

Please note, this year our 6th grade teachers will be available in the Cedar Heights’ cafeteria for “drop-in” conferencing.  This allows parents an opportunity to visit with all of the 6th grade teachers individually regarding their child’s progress. 

Remember, these appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Below you will find the easy to follow instructions ….

Step-By-Step Parent/Guardian Instructions 

  • Click on the "Online Scheduler" icom above
  • Choose Cedar Heights from the drop down list and click “GO”
  • Enter the school password (chtigers)
  • Enter your student’s “Student ID”.  If you do not know their Student ID, use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button to access the system.
  • Verify the student’s birth date 
  • A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed.  Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) you would like to meet with.
  • If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students.  If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
  • You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.
  • Select the times that work best for your schedule. 
  • Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)
  • Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.
  • Write down the Confirmation Number (you will need this number if it is necessary to cancel your appointment)

About Our School  

Cedar Heights Elementary first opened its doors in 1922 at the corner of Rownd and Rainbow Drive
The current school building was completed in April, 2003
The school is heated and cooled with 252 geothermal wells
The current population at Cedar Heights Elementary is 455 students
The average class size is 21 students
There are 3 class sections at each grade level
In addition to the academic classrooms, Cedar Heights offers art, physical education, vocal music, band and orchestra classes
The average number of years teaching is 19.3 years with an average of 13.1 years of experience in the Cedar Falls Community Schools
